SMOQUE was created by local renowned chef and restaurant owners Marlon Goldstein and Steven Chen. We wanted to create a place that not only sourced and produced exceptional food such as Tajima A5 Kobe Wagyu. Our prime steaks are cut to order, we serve vegetables that are grown locally when available and are source from the finest purveyors.
