  • Bread Service with Pepe Saya Cultured Butter.

  • Oysters Natural (DF) – Served with Ponzu Mignonette, Shallots, Spring Onions, and Sesame Seeds.

Entrées (Choose One)

  • Escargots – Sizzling Snails with Garlic Herb Butter and Baguette (GF Option).

  • Stuffed Zucchini Flowers (VEG) – Filled with Tofu, Yoghurt, Orange, and Soy-Glaze.

  • Pan Seared Scallops (GF) – Canadian Scallops with Shimeji and Smoked Kaffir Lime Chilli Sambal Butter.

  • Wagyu Bresaola – 2GR MB9 Wagyu with Rocket, Aged Balsamic, and Pecorino.

Mains (Choose One)

  • Grilled Whole Snapper (GF) – Paired with Garlic Asian Herb Citrus, Asparagus, and Roasted Truss Tomatoes.

  • Steak Frites – Grilled 300g Striploin (2GR Wagyu MB5) with Shoe-string Fries and Peppercorn Sauce.

  • Signature Short Ribs – 500g Pasture-Fed Angus Beef Ribs with Smoked Jalapeño Sauce and Soy Glaze.

  • Pumpkin Risotto (GF / VEG) – Finished with Goat Cheese and Walnuts.

  • Squid Ink Spaghetti with King Prawns – Tossed with Parsley, Chilli, and Garlic.
