This Valentine’s Day, we invite you to linger over a beautifully curated multi-course menu designed for an evening à deux.
Begin with our Pacific oysters dressed with vinegary soy, kombu and delicate tobiko. Entrées offer a choice between pan-seared scallops enriched with garlic butter and Jamón Serrano, or crisp pork belly balanced with a mango chilli rocket salad.
For the main course, select from a 300gm Wagyu scotch fillet served with silky mash, broccolini and peppercorn sauce, or Blue Eye cod accompanied by fennel salad and a smooth garlic emulsion—each dish crafted to highlight flavour, balance and restraint.
Dessert is a sweet conclusion, with your choice of red velvet tiramisu or a classic French Earl Grey crème brûlée.
